 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND - PEACHLIFT

 

1. Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU

Consumers residing in the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 days of receiving the goods, but only defective products.

2. Start of withdrawal period

The period begins on the day you or a person designated by you (other than the delivery person) received the goods.

3. Exercise of the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement to:

4. Return of goods

Returned goods must be received by us within fourteen days of cancellation.

The return costs are borne by the customer, unless the products are damaged or defective.

 

5. Refund

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the total purchase price using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund will be made within fourteen working days of receipt of the goods.

6. Exchange Policy

An exchange (e.g. size or color) is possible within the cancellation period .

Please contact us in advance - exchange depends on current stock levels .

7. Exclusion of right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Hygiene products with broken seals

Personalized or custom-made products

Used or damaged products

9. RETURN FOR NO RESULT

The product will not be returned due to lack of results. Remember that the product reacts differently to each person, so the results are not the same for everyone. Exchanges within 30 days are only possible for damaged or defective products and for products that have expired.
